All the ANABOLIC DR. SHOP™ orders are sent via Royal Mail. Standard delivery is sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, while Express Delivery is sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24. If you require Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm®, this service is available for an additional charge.

All orders are packed in discreet packaging so there’s no need to stress about family or roommates snooping on your Order.

We strictly only deliver to England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isle Of Man. Anywhere in the UK.

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation, on the next available working day.

Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.

Please allow the full average delivery time above to pass before contacting us for tracking information or sending a “Where is my parcel?” message. Delivery times are estimates, and contacting us before this period has passed may make it difficult for our team to respond to individual tracking enquiries promptly.

We really appreciate your patience and understanding while your order is making its way to you.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified via email and can check with us via WhatsApp on the status. As for the tracking number – it’s not commonly shared purely due to privacy reasons and is used only when an order is not delivered/disputed. It guarantees that if the package is stopped – it will be refunded/resent to you. It’s common practice in this kind of business and is used in dark web markets too.

It’s solely the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping details. If you have placed the order and have noticed an error please contact customer support ASAP to rectify it via Whatsapp or email. We do not provide reships on the occasion when the customer has not provided the correct shipping data.

We do not need to know your true names except for your delivery address and mobile number. Our Team does not share any customer details and you do not necessarily need to register with us. We hold our servers in a secure location and in case of intrusion – we will destroy the data physically.

Our store has a 99.9% success rate on delivery as we take the packaging process extremely seriously. However, we believe that there might be cases when the package was lost/stolen when in the hands of the courier. If you have not received your order within the given time frame, please “Contact Us“. We will investigate the position of your package. If tracking data shows that your order is lost – we will provide a replacement free of charge. In the case your order has the status “Delivered” – no replacement is provided as we trust the courier data.

Unfortunately due to the nature of our business and the privacy involved, we have to maintain – we cannot offer returns at this stage.

Payment for your order is made via a secure bank transfer. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll provide you with the bank account details so you can complete your payment easily.

Order fulfillment commences as soon as we have received and confirmed your payment

At this time, our platform does not currently support Google Pay or Apple Pay. However, we are pleased to share that we are in the process of integrating a new payment gateway.

This upcoming enhancement is designed to offer greater convenience and will include support for these digital wallets, as well as standard card payments. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve your experience.

If your preferred brand is temporarily out of stock, we’ll substitute it with a suitable equivalent of the same strength and specification, so you’re not left waiting unnecessarily.

If you’d prefer us not to substitute your chosen brand, simply let us know when placing your order and we’ll make sure no alternative is sent without your approval.
